Manufacturing Technologies I

Manufacturing Technologies I is a heavy manufacturing applications laboratory comprised of functions involving advanced joining and welding, manufacturing and machining, tool and liquid storage, computer laboratories, classrooms and administrative areas.  The Project included renovating approximately 50,000 gross square feet of an existing two-story structure originally built around 1940.


Manufacturing Technologies II

Manufacturing Technologies II was designed to accommodate programs such as advanced joining and welding, electronics manufacturing, flexible manufacturing commercialization, manufacturing processes, fermentation, computer laboratories and administrative areas.  The Project consisted of the renovation of approximately 50,000 gross square feet and the addition of approximately 6,000 gross square feet.


Manufacturing Technologies III

Manufacturing Technologies III included the renovation of approximately 50,000 gross square feet to accommodate various manufacturing applications including robotics, photonics, vacuum laboratories, clean rooms, computer labs and administrative areas.  The Manufacturing Technologies facilities accommodate multiple Colorado Community Colleges.


Community College of Aurora Physics and Science Laboratories

This extensive renovation included state-of-the-art laboratories to accommodate various CCA programs including physics, science, biology and microbiology.


Community College of Denver Health and Human Services

This facility accommodates the Health and Human Services along with the nursing program offered by the Community College of Denver.  The facility was designed to provide a realistic, hands-on teaching environment for applications such as operating rooms, x-ray labs, recovery rooms, massage therapy and rehabilitation.  Additional program requirements included a medical library, classrooms, computer laboratories and administrative areas.


Community College of Denver Dental Clinic

This project included the renovation of approximately 10,000 gross square feet of the existing CCD dental clinic.  Program requirements included a number of dental exam laboratories, classrooms and administrative areas.
